"There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside."

"The room was excellent the location excellent the building excellent. There was no information in the room. I booked understanding it was a hotel but there were no hotel services, no towels changed no beds made up no room cleaned. Could have been perfect but missed the mark."

"Great house with a nice location and private large parking. Very good communication with the owner, easy check in. The cottage was in great condition with a fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness 10/10. Shops with groceries in short driving distance, lots of tourist destinations in the area with hiking possibilities. Will definately consider this cottage for future visits ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "

"great stay! we delayed a bit after checkin time due to traffic but those people been so lovely and waited for us by the road so we can find em easier. Apartment was lovely spacy with a large balcony. beautiful rooms with view over the forest and mountains. would definely go back here!! cant wait for February when we plan to visit again!"

"On a nice quiet st. Close to bus and only 16 mins to center. Corner store 1 block away, big grocery store 1 tram stop. Zoo 1 tram ,Michal mine museum,4 stops."

"10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!"

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "
