"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately."

"Beautiful location. Hotel is well maintained, staff are very attentive. Room was well equipped with stunning east Mountain View. Breakfast had excellent choices. "Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay"
