"Excellent and in a wonderful setting"

"Hotel was nice and staff pleasant. BUT I chose this hotel because it listed air conditioned rooms. The A/C systems were not turned on yet. Our room got quite warm and a call to the desk confirmed no A/C was possible. Despite the Expedia listing. I filter my searches by ONE category- air conditioning. We then opened the one window to cool the room. After 5 minutes of hearing the dogs barking in Sinaia, we had to close the window, toss the covers off, and make do. Fortunately one there one night and moved on very tired. If you like sleeping in a cold room, check to see if their A/C is on! Would not have chosen this property. Shame, nice place and location."

"*The rooms have a poor aport of fresh air, also on the corridors were no airy. My room was clean but has no clean air and an incredible bad smelling. Probabley unused for a long time. They didn't prepare the room with air conditioning. But now I do not trust in the quality of their air conditioning system.The tilt system of the window was broken, cause I wanted to ventilate the room with outside air. I had to accept a downgraded room to have a ventilated room. The reception assist me to choose beetwen the rooms available. *The restaurant has good food and you can choose a good wine. *Good breakfast"

"Fast check-in, very clean room and amazing view! Breakfast was various. Silance and relaxing , our favorite hotel to stay in Sinaia every time! "

"We actually booked a different hotel but when we arrived for check in a woman came and told us to go across the street. It may have been a language barrier, but she refused to explain anything. Luckily, the young man at the other hotel attempted to explain, although I’m still not clear why he said it was because our original hotel was closed for”today”. However when I checked on Expedia, the original hotel was still accepting reservations for the date of our reservation!! I do think we got a better room and likely a better breakfast, but it was still a tad disconcerting. Otherwise, the room was clean but carpets could use an update. They felt grungy. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering more than typical breakfast buffets and it had a great coffee machine. Kudos to the young man at reception who was quite lovely to deal with and very patient with this obviously annoyed client. I would probably stay here again, but would prefer a place without carpet. "

"Great location, vue, charm and atmosphere. The Vila is chic, the breakfast is fresh, rich and plenty, the staff is nice and careful. They have a big garden and parking space."
