"Staying 2 nights and no room service offered unless asked… had to ask for some things in the room upon check in. One kiddo left something in the room anfter check out and when we called about it we were told it wasn’t found- it’s a baby blanket so not sure how that’s the case. Otherwise, clean property. Had to sign a form for our kids not making noise due to the number of sports teams, but yet other kids were screaming and knocking on the whole floors doors and running late at night. Don’t charge $15 per day to park,
Just include in the price. Won’t go back."

"Very nice lobby with great staff. Lots of fun merch and fresh coffee. The heated pool was heated and the hot tub was hot. Lots of activity in the evening and its a bit noisy but ear plugs are provided. "
