"The staff is amazing and so friendly. Check in was easy as always. The room was clean and mostly comfortable. We could have used a heavier blanket that’s for sure. The hotel itself is starting to look run down a bit. The lobby used to have beautiful couches that matched the decor. They have been replaced for some reason with absolutely hideous couches that matched nothing at all. It’s a terrible first impression. The pool has not worked for years and who knows why. They ran out of forks for breakfast and the whole weekend never had someone go out and get a box so we finally did. There are stains on the carpet upstairs in the hallway, walls are scratched up, it’s looking shabby as heck. It seems like this hotel is greatly under staffed and starting to fail. The couches in the front lobby say a lot. Trust me. They are that bad."

"The Radisson In Downtown Corning is a centrally located hotel for a holiday weekend visit to Corning. Accessible parking, quick check in, comfortable king size room with remodeled bathroom. Enjoyed being able to walk right from the hotel to the downtown main street with lots of shops, restaurants and we lucked out with a street festival during our stay. The staff at the hotel bar were friendly for a drink after dinner. The only things to improve on at the hotel, we were in the back building so you had to walk through the main building to enter a separate building & the elevator was so slow. It only had 3 floors wasting time coming & going waiting for the elevator. And the room window easily opened to let fresh air in but there was no screen & didn’t want to let bugs in. I would return on a future visit."
