Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Very nice complementary breakfast. Pool and hot temperature well maintained so relax ourselves for more than hour. New carpet installation hallways with excellent amenities. Thank you for accommodating us very nice !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome every time we spoke with them. Our room felt fresh and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and we enjoyed all the amenities. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Hot Springs, SD!

We made our reservations last minute so was extremely happy when we got there and found the most helpful manager ever, Shah. He was able to put me in a 1st floor room because of my handicap. Otherwise we would have had to find another hotel. Our stay was great!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The kids spent hours in the pool while we relaxed in the hot tub. Everything was clean, breakfast was also very good, and the staff was always smiling. We will definitely be back next time we visit the Black Hills.

We had an amazing experience at Baymont Hot Springs, SD. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The bathroom was spotless, and we loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a long day. Every detail felt well taken care of truly a wonderful hotel experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

If you’re looking for a decent place to stay for a good price, this is it. We just needed somewhere to stay after driving all day. It was an easy drive to Mt Rushmore the next morning. It’s just a room. We got coffee the next morning from the machine in the breakfast area that wasn’t quite open when we left before dawn, but we were able to access it and we appreciated that.

Came down for the Sturgis Rally with a few friends and had a great stay. Plenty of parking for the bikes, clean and comfortable rooms, and a hot breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Great spot for riders exploring the Black Hills. Would stay here again next Rally for the whole week !

The guy who checked us in and out was one of the most friendly person I have had for that experience. He also had a wonderful.smile which he showed often. The hotel was nice, could use a little attention in the room with some paint or new towel bar. The breakfast was the usual, but no complaints.
