Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My first experienced with Embqssy Suites was on a trip to detroit. Excellent service at the airport and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.
My second trip was to Nashville. Beautiful facility and once again breakfast was great.
Unfortunately my third visit to Hot Springs for a girls trip did not meet my expectations.
On our first night we noticed ripped curtains on the bay window in the room.
The next morning afer breakfast, we noticed the cleanning personnel in our room. I made requests for additional towels and two more blankets. We left.
Upon our return after going to Lake Hamilton for the day, the only thing we received was one blanket. Our beds were not made up, the floor was not vaccumed. The pull out sofa was intact but was clearly used and not made up. I went downstairs to inform the front desk. She asked did I want them to come now to take care of the matter? I sano because after our day and dinner we were ready for bed. She put in my request for more towels and that was it.
Breakfast was not so good. My egg white mushroom and spinach omelet was watery as was the oatmeal.
I still love the brand and this location is in need of a serious remodel. The furniture in the lobby also had many obvious tears.
As far as the staff that assisted with breakfast they were good but housecleaning apparently is not motivated to do their job.
Appreciation of what the staff does hopefully will motivate them to do their job well.
