The room was clean the staff was very friendly and walking distance to food the casino. I would stay here again if I go back to Hot springs.

We got to the room and there was very loud banging on floor above us. My husband wasn’t feeling well and was trying to sleep. It continued over an hour we called the front desk but nothing happened we finally decided to leave so he could rest It sounded like someone was working on room above us.
