The Hotel Hot Springs
The location is perfect for the downtown area where you can walk everywhere without driving. The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is horrible for this hotel.

Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
The breakfast was an absolute cluster mess. Lack of food, no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no hot water, coffee was horrible if you could find a clean cup. Happy hour was a joke.
