"Though staff were friendly, we were disappointed in the property itself. It was rated as a 4 star hotel and we have stayed in many 4 star properties; this was a 3 at best. The room was much smaller than expected, the safe didn’t work, the mattress was poor quality, and overall the room did not offer any amenities typically associated with 4 star hotel. We were also not informed that the kitchen was closed with construction in progress at the property despite the fact we had breakfast included with our room. "

"The room was very clean, as was the common area. The amenities are minimal: shampoo, soap, towels, no face cloths, no daily housekeeping. We had a nice hot showers and good water pressure.This is a very narrow hotel, winding staircase and tiny elevator. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a very safe area. We did not have breakfast but the coffee we ordered was good. There is air-conditioning, but we turned it off because it was cool April weather. "

"From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better."

"The rooms were very small but very clean and updated. Paris hotels do not seem to have fans or screens on the windows so I travel with a portable fan. The staff was outstanding! They could not have been more welcoming, professional or helpful. We had to change hotels at the last minute and found this gem on a quiet little street near the Place de Odeon. It was a perfect location. "

"The hotel has an excellent location with a plaza out front containing several restaurants with outdoor seating. The Sorbonne (University) is adjacent and the students added a nice element to the atmosphere. We were thrilled with the hotel and especially the setting."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating, which made a great first impression and continued throughout our visit. The location was excellent—within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and a nearby park, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Despite being in such a convenient location, the hotel was overall quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which we really appreciated after long days out. The rooms were on the smaller side, but that was expected and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would definitely consider returning."
