My only concern was having separate rooms for guest without pets and those who do. When I arrived, I needed rest but unfortunately I was put in a room that frequently had guests with pets and it had fleas everywhere. The rooms were cute, the beds were fine and it was a nice quiet place to stay. Always at the top of my list.
