"The elevator went out and the only way to access my room was through the 1 elevator. After a long day at Disney with an infant it was not ideal to go up a flight of stairs. "

"Our room was the two-room suite. It was great along with the view of CA Adventure and the Ferris wheel. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough for the whole family."

"The room was smaller than expected, not the cleanest. Gave old and musty. The best part was outside by the pool and the water slides. Loved it for the kids. And the movie by pool. Complimentary breakfast Buffett was also good!"

"The room was ok. Close to Disneyland. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you and every step your above neighbor is making. Pillows are terrible!! Parking is a joke.. we were forced to use their rude valet service even though my vehicle fit in self parking. They moved my car daily for no reason. The frustrating part is anytime you need to grab something from your car, you have to find the valet person and get your key and then give it back. Valet should make an experience more convenient not more inconvenient. We were also told that we needed to leave by a certain time or will be charged for additional parking... Likely will not stay here again. "

"Room did not have a hair dryer however front desk provided one. The power out in the bathroom blew out the last day of our stay which also turned off the power to refrigerator, and TV. "

"This is our location of choice when we come to Disneyland--and we come to Disneyland a lot. Sometimes we get a room that's a little older and could use some love, but overall, this hotel is festive, clean, has a great shuttle, the rooms are huge, and we just love it. We used to look at this hotel from the freeway and wonder if we would ever stay there--now we rarely stay anywhere else."

"Walking distance to Disney and the Convention Center. Great room for the price. Not a lot of extra frills, but we spent our days doing other things. Nice room to shower and sleep. "
