"The Hotel lobby small and odd being on 2nd floor. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Room was GREAT! Clean & Well appointed! Valet service was poor! Very limited staff! Room cleaned every three days poor compared to daily w/Marriott and every other at Hilton! Outside remodel makes difficulty to gain entry!!"

"Incredibly easy check in and check out process all on my phone and with mobile key super easy. Got to check in early for no additional cost when the room was ready. Had to request cleaning."

"Bathroom shower had not been cleaned. Womens hair products found in shower. Staff was very blunt, not friendly. Valet was terrible. Missed a birthday dinner reservation because we waited over 45 minutes for them to never bring out our vehicle. "

"Immaculately clean, one of the best hotel gyms i ever seen, decent pool, friendly staff, plenty of restaurants onsite and close by, comfortable beds, amazing view, lots to do in the surrounding area. What i didnt like is the valet fee of $70/night and the hot tub always had too many people. The hot tub issue isnt unique to the Marquis. Its a problem at most large hotels. They always have small hot tubs Definitely recommend and ill be back"

"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities. You have free coffee, free water, which is great. They also offer toothbrushes and shoe covers razors, etc. at no additional cost."
