The House of Terror is a museum located in the former headquarters of the secret police of both the Nazi and Communist governments. The museum recounts the grim events and practices of the "double occupation" of the Nazis and Communists beginning in World War II.

A 4-story wall inside the building atrium displays pictures of the victims of the secret police during the reign of terror.
