Room was more of a studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Grocery store only a short walk away. And the air conditioning was the best! Great stay!"

"From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. "
