Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
Major complaint was checking in after 2a and problems processing the cc transaction. There was no issues on the cc end however. Management had to get involved.

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
Terrible stay…Long wait to check-in, rude front desk lady, no hand soap, not enough towels, pool was freezing so our kids couldn’t enjoy it, hot tub reeked of unusually strong chemicals, had to beg for towels…ants on the table at breakfast. Not worth the savings, don’t do it!!!!

Stormy Point Village Resort
Really nothing to complain about except for tiny things that really don’t matter. I would highly recommend and if I ever traveled to Branson Missouri again this would be the place I would stay.
