"Very old room, it has been many may year I had not seen spring mattress, bad smell, bathroom was smelly, front desk staff is very rude in responding, not know how to talk with kids, kids went to get the food for fish he lies and said no food but giving my to others."

"The hotel was nice, our room was lovely, the restaurant and bar area were very nice. The only problem we encountered was a downed two elevators out of three upon afternoon check-in. It took quite a while to get onto the elevator and up to our room on the 21st floor. My husband went to the fitness center on the top floor and said it was so hot. He could not stay and work out very long."

"I really loved my stay at Club Quarters. First off, the staff was real friendly. I also loved the location of the hotel. The only thing I didn't like is that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Other than that, I loved my experience and will definitely stay here again will I come back to Houston"
