We stayed 3 nights. Lovely room. Breakfast finished at 8 am week days & 9 am weekends. We liked breakfast was included and free parking.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was very well-kept. However, a couple of things made our stay not so pleasant. When we got to our room, our bathroom smelled like sewage and our body wash dispenser was taken off the wall, so we had none. Also, the Guest Directory in our room had the wrong times that breakfast ended, so we would show up just to find them cleaning up.

Rude unprofessional staff the Indian lady arguing with me about getting extra towels/bedding for pullout bed,, pool closed my entire three day stay, my truck also got scratched bad and ants in bathroom. People above me stomping late at night will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean & inviting. Only complaint I had was for breakfast. It was too early , & staff didn’t restock well. Once it’s gone it’s GONE.

The staff were pleasant. They do need to update their website for breakfast. It was stated a breakfast, but when we received an email after we checked in, it stated due to COVID, there would be no breakfast. They did provide microwaveable colachies, yogurt, coffee and juice. It should have been stated a continental breakfast. Very disappointing.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing is that there weren’t many options for breakfast and the ladies working the breakfast area aren’t that helpful. They will let you look around without asking if they can help you with something. Housekeeping does come around early but since we only stayed two nights we didn’t really need it. They are very nice though. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Room Was Great But Not Real Happy With Service!!
Everything was fine until breakfast Saturday morning. The Information Sheet in the room said breakfast Saturday and Sunday 7am - 10am. I went downstairs a little after 9am and the breakfast area was almost empty except for one hot container of eggs & potatoes. There was no serving spoon. When I asked for a serving spoon I was told they were closed. I cited the Information Sheet. She shook her head, gave me a spoon and went to the office. She came back and asked if I wanted bread. She brought out nothing else. Two workers were sweeping and then began mopping with a very strong smelling solution. I complained at the front desk and was told "it is their time to clean. They closed at 9". Again I cited the Information Sheet and was told "the sign (at the entrance to the breakfast area) says 9". I complained that it is unacceptable for two different times to be posted and the manager just shook her head! I'm very unhappy!!
