I actually love this hotel and hsve stayed here 4 yrs strait in feb. Everything is usually great but this time there was roaches in the bathroom which resulted in a lower score.

So happy I picked this hotel

My stay was Great the room was very clean bed was super comfortable by me needing a handicap room I was able to get a parking space right in front of my room and I was pleased all the way around. I will be using this location and hotel again in the near future

my stay was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was the mattress, it was too soft which made it uncomfortable.

Half of the lights didn’t work in the room. Bathtub was extremely dirty. After I used the shower, a baby cockroach immediately appeared which I assume came out of the drain. Our tv remote didn’t work, we got new batteries from the front desk and it still did not work. We were too tired to deal with it further. Wifi was spotty. We had a scheduled airport shuttle pickup time of 4am and were told to be at the lobby at 3:45. The the lobby door was locked and we had to sit outside where there was numerous drunk people hanging around and it felt very unsafe.
