They do not have Internet in the room, it is neglected with burnt sheets, its burnt lights and it is appreciated that there is no constant maintenance, I'm sorry I had to say
We booked a day in advance and called hotel.com to confirm our stay and was reassured that they had a room for us and said the hotel confirmed our stay. After landing from airport at 1030pm with our daughter , we were tired and hungry. We drove almost an hour to get to the hotel and they told us they over booked and there was no rooms available. We had no where to go because all the hotels around were sold out. This was the worst experience and would not recommend this place.
There was no parking when I checked in, so I parked across the parking lot and my car was towed. I am now late for work and cannot locate my car either.

My experience was terrible and quite disastrous. There was no customer service at all. The air conditioning barely worked, and the worst part was the unpleasant odors, including noticeable smells of drugs, in the hallways and rooms.
I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The staff was rude and seemed very confused about basic procedures. The checkout process was unorganized, and I was charged extra tax that no one could properly explain.
To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility.
They also took a wet towel from the room but never replaced it, which shows a lack of attention and poor service standards.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this location unless management seriously improves customer service and transparency in billing.
The lady was very rude. She charged me $15 for an extra person and said I had to pay cash or I couldn’t check in to charge me a $50 deposit and kept it. The headboard fell apart and fell on my foot and instead of compensating me, she kept my deposit and tried to call the police terrible service terrible attitude. This lady is highly confrontational. And I want my money back, including my deposit.
When we got to the room it appeared that the room had been used or not cleaned appropriately. We went back to ask for another room and were denied because “she was short maids”. The website offers parking for bus, and RV. I had a medium Penske truck pulling a trailer and there was ZERO chance to get into that “bus and RV “ spot. Maybe a car with a 10 foot trailer!!! I would NOT go back there if it was free!! There was no shampoo to shower with:(

wish i wouod havw taken photos, i just left the room after seeing a dead cockroache on the bathroom floor. definitely not like the picture no way was i getting into the “suite” bathtub. Overall disgusting
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Don’t stay here!! Lady in front office I’m guessing she’s owner is rude. She has no customer service. Hotels customer service is also trash, they refused to give us refund claiming, it’s at the hotel approval. So we went into the room, first thing my boyfriend did was use the restroom. I brought in a half drinking beer inside the room, i chugged the beer and threw it in the trash. Mind you when we first walked in the pillows was flat as if someone came in the room laid down and walked out. When my boyfriend came out the restroom he said the toilet doesn’t work and the towels look used they were dirty. At that point I said let go get another room, or see if she has a solution to the problem. I tell the lady at the front, she gets really angry , start yelling saying we used the room because their was a beer in the trash can and said the trash bag was wet. I gave her the key so she could see what we were talking about, she refused to give it back and said we needed to contact hotels for refund she said they wouldn’t give us one which they didn’t. She refused to give us another room, saying we used the room, we was in the room for a total of 10 minutes. After she took the room key, I followed her inside front office where she went into the back room and was yelling on the phone with someone about what just happened for 10 minutes. When she came out I asked what was she going to do? She started yelling & cursing saying we used the room it’s been 20 minutes.
Our stay was Terrible the property is run down. They have a no refund policy once they swipe your card or you pay through your app. The room wasn't ready even though it was well after 3pm and also the office clerk manually shut off the water to the room we complianed and she came with a water key to manually cut the water back on in our room we said wow!! I am surprise thise hotel is on anyone app to book.
