Nice Hotel in downtown Houston, we were able to walk to Daikin Park in about 10 minutes. Safe quiet area and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and helped us find a forgotten passport. Thank You !

We felt very safe at the property. The rooms were clean & spacious. The staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations & directions. We were charged $20 for parking & the information on the website said Free Parking.

The only comfortable part of the hotel was the room as the hallways and gym were hot with no airflow. Room itself was comfortable but you can clearly see any repairs where not done by a reputable company or handyman. Location is also located next to a night club so you can hear the music bass pretty well. Location was great though as it was only a few minute walk to the stadium. All in all would not stay here again.

Property had bugs in the bathroom. I didn’t report the bugs, just killed them. Saw one big black one in the hallway when getting off the elevator. The management quickly took care of the spraying shower head. The ice machines were not working except on the first floor. The location was good for the reason we were there. When I booked on Expedia, it listed there was no parking fee, but at the end of our stay, we were charged $60. Now it states on Expedia that there is a parking fee. I would not stay here again.

While the staff's hospitality and proximity to the Toyota Center were great, we found four cockroaches in our room (on the side table, by the coffee maker, and in the bathroom). This was unacceptable and made our stay deeply uncomfortable. Given the cost of our room, we expected basic hygiene standards and I hope we receive a form of compensation given the negative experience.

Always clean rooms, nice staff always ready to help you. The breakfast is good as well. We come to this hotel every time we attend an Astros game because it’s walking distance from Daikin Park. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

The room was good and very clean, but there were not enough towels in the bathroom, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. The biggest issue was the breakfast. I paid almost $300 total for my stay (1 night), and I was charged $80 for breakfast for three people. However, they only provided two breakfast vouchers, so I had to pay for the additional breakfast myself. The breakfast is advertised at around $11.99, plus about $4 for a beverage, so I really don’t understand how I was charged $80 for three people. The breakfast was also very limited and disappointing for the price. I expected much better, especially considering the amount I paid. I would appreciate an explanation for the $80 breakfast charge. It’s not about money, the problem is when you’re expecting something better than you’re offering.

I had a great stay but a couple of issues. I enjoyed it room, it was clean bathroom was nice and the bed was so comfortable. The ac unit in the room worked wonderfully, we kept it super cold during our stay which helped after walking around in the heat. I was disappointed by the construction going on, not the hotel's fault at all but should be mentioned if you're planning a trip soon there is very loud equipment outside and it makes a walk to GRB a little longer. One thing that bothered me was that is advertised here that parking is free and it is not, they charge$20 per night per vehicle which isn't terrible but it was not planned for. Breakfast is not complimentary either.

This hotel is being upgraded from previous hotel brand and it’s noticeable. They are trying very hard to upgrade and make it nicer. It was close to both the George R. brown and Toyota center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything seemed pretty clean and fresh. The window unit was my only concern because I didn’t feel like it properly cooled the entire room, not awful but definitely not great. I would stay here again, despite that.
