I enjoyed how nice the staff was! Room was exactly how it was explained and there was even a security guard at night for more comfort. Would definitely book here again next time.

Check-in staff was very nice. The property is clean and looks new. It's a fairly basic room and hotel. The pool is small and not private. Overall good value though.

My room is ok . But Carpet not to clean. Usually Bathroom there is little toothbrush & toothpaste but is okey. Different hotel is not same.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The 2 Queen Suite room was perfect for our family of five! The room was very spacious even with the pull-out couch. Everything at the hotel was very clean, the continental breakfast had plenty of options, the staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly! We stayed here while visiting Rodeo Houston so it was conveniently close to that and many places to eat. My family will definitely book here again when we visit Houston!

Great hotel with great staff. Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy at night as we did walk across the street to a cigar shop but other than that the hotel itself was nice and clean.

The girl at the front desk- Mykaila had a bubbly personality. She was so friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. What an asset she is to this hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area nicely stocked and clean. Good stay.

Facility was great, excellent for families, and hotel staff was amazing. The only downside is you really need a car if you stay at this facility;otherwise you’ll be reliant on Uber for transit

Very clean room with a comfy king size bed and all the conveniences we needed for a restful night. TV didn't work when we try to turn it on but a handyman was immediately sent to our room to fix the issue. Great service! Would come again. Thanks.

The staff must mostly be new to the service industry. They’re not very experienced and knowledgeable. The after hours entry doors slam shut loudly and disturb all the rooms in the vicinity. I stayed a full week and the pancake machine was supposedly broke for 4 of the 7 days I stayed. The other 3 days the machine was fixed, but they only put out pancake mix to use it on 2 of the 3 days.
