Knob on the bathroom shower wasn’t working correctly. Cable/internet wasn’t working. Breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. Instead I had to pay for it.

Nice people especially in nice bar/resturant. Shuttle a LONG wait at airport. Toilet did not flush solid waste Shower head stuck on firehose type pressure It was quiet and comfortable bed. . .

Had a one night layover and it was perfect. Called the shuttle and it came within 20 mins, the place was very new and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the dinner and breakfast buffet were good. Next time i layover in Houston I'll stay again.

The staff were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The property definitely needs updating. Pool and hot tub are in need of attention. Breakfast is nothing special and they charge $12.95 pp…should be included in the price of the room for what they offer. Hotel restaurant is decent.

I would have been nice to know that the airport shuttle does not operate after 10 PM. Not fun after a 14h flight to wait for a shuttle for 45min until someone tells you that the will not be any shuttle for Holyday Inn anymore

Saddik the receptionist was excellent this morning, very attentive and personality was great. The evening I arrived i requested for a room in the top floor after waiting for 15 minute she put me on a second with windows so dirty that i could see anything. I ask to be transferred the next day and she the receptionist ignore my request. We ate at rhe restaurant was great and service was good also.

I was disappointed in the pool areaa. It was open but not usable because the hot tub was not heated and the pool had a layer of dust and oil scum on the surface. Maybe it hadn't been cleaned after the winter but it should have been closed.

We arrived late to Bush Airport. I called the hotel for a pickup. It was just before 10pm. I said we had just arrived and could we get a pickup. The person said which door to go out of. As we were walking out of the door after we retrieved our bags the shuttle van was driving away. If they are going to provide the service and a customer calls they need to honor it. Also, the breakfast was a typical offering for a continental breakfast which most hotels offer for customers staying. The breakfast was $12.95 and absolutely not worth it!

Thank you for your feedback. With our shuttle the driver waits 5-10 minutes at the terminal and if no one comes out to be picked up after that time frame then the shuttle driver is to return to the hotel. Especially at that time at night with the shuttle ending at 10.
