It was an easy drive to MD Anderson which suited us. We were disappointed that there is NO breakfast as promised. They did reimburse the extra cost for breakfast

Unless you’re only going to the medical district, there is really no reason to stay in this area. No where near any major attractions. If you must stay around here, Gus’s Fried Chicken is a very good restaurant with friendly waiter and the Walgreens 2 blocks away has helpful workers.

The property was clean but nothing above a “ motel -level “ property. The front desk employees were very helpful. They only had one restaurant. Breakfast was only until 10:30 am and until 9 am on Sunday. I woke up two days in a row with something weird in the sink that appeared to be water that came up from the drain in the middle of the night.

The temperature on all common areas is too high. Seems that the hotel is not cooling all common areas, from the lobby to the bar and the hallways on all floors. Would be nice to walk about the hotel without sweating.

This was our family’s first trip to Texas our first stop was in Fort Worth and where we stayed at wasn’t worth what we paid for. However for the exact same price we booked this room. We were greeted by the staff with a smile. The property is gated so you will have to pay extra per day for parking but in my opinion it’s worth it. Overall I would stay here again. Our room also so to see the NRG stadium which my girls loved.

I would likes to comment the kitchen team; most especially Tony!!! Truly a gem -he is always smiling and service oriented. Amelia head a large table and seemed to be doing an awesome job as well. The chef Claudia also need the food well presented and kept up with the demand.

Staff were nice. Housekeeping cleaned well. I liked that there was an easy access point between the hotel and the NRG center. There were restaurants withing walking distance. We had a great stay.

Room was clean.. desk staff were kind.. just wish there were more handicap rooms or regular rooms that offer walk in showers.. The upgrade that is going to take place will be very nice..

They charge me a $9 daily parking fees that was not mention before, also charge my credit card $100 in advance at check in for incidentals, I included the breakfast package when booking and then the first morning waited 45 minutes for some waffles, night shift front desk lady was rude and made sarcastic comment when I tried to ask questions about visitor’s parking, bed mattress are rally firm, woke up with back pain

The hotel was easy to find and access.The lobby area was nice and spacious and the desk clerks were very friendly. However, it was a shock exiting the elevator. The halls were painted a stark institutional white, hallways were narrow, and entry door to our room was extremely narrow with just being able to squeeze the cart through the door. We felt like we were in an older college dorm. The room accommodations were adequate for two people (standard queen room) for a one night stay, but would not recommend for a family. The online restaurant menu and actual menu offerings did not necessarily match and for that reason we did not eat there. The vending machine was totally empty ( 6th floor). Channel operations and directions for the tv did not exist, even upon request…..had to pretty much figure out the basics ourselves by trial and error. Overall, we probably would recommend this hotel for two people for a one night stay. Probably not for a family or a longer stay. We planned a one night stay there for a medical center trip, and the facility served our purpose.

Filthy Accomodations
The hotel room was filthy. The carpet had stains and the room left a lot to be desired. The closet is also located in the bathroom. And the hotel charges for parking. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
