"The front desk staff were very polite and friendly…Checking in was very efficient…The rooms are well maintained…clean bathroom…clean towels provided…it was overall a great experience and that will be my stay the next time I’m visiting again."

"Really liked it, very clean, for the crazy caffeine people like me, there’s plenty available. Very good location with walking distance to bar and restaurants. One complain was the noise, could hear everything from the people next to me. And my a/c & toilet made a lot of noise. So I would bring a noise cancellation plug or somerhing. But besides that would definitely come back."

"The property was well kept. Most staff and service were good. There was a lady on duty when I checked in that I found rude and insensitive. Unfortunately I was there to bury my daughter. Due to last minute planning and arrangements I forgot about incidentals and did not have the card that reservations were made with. Long story short, she was unwilling to accept card from reservationist who wasn’t present or accept cash from me. I certainly didn’t need the stress on this occasion. Learned a valuable lesson and also to never book with a Sonesta ever again!"
