It was an easy check in process. They have parking for semi trucks although you have to call a few times to get assistance since they dont walk you through it directly. The room was clean and housekeeping is done daily. The restrooms are a bitt small but it does the job. For the price we paid, I think it is a decent stay.the breakfast areas stated open until 10 and they closed at 9am, I would just suggest updating that for future references.

The Hotel didnt look appealing at all, it looked more like a motel on a prostitute strip, it wasnt at all what I viewed online. The ceiling had water damage and was puckling, The tub felt like the top layer was seperated from the bottom and the water took a very long time to get hot

When we got there, there was hairs everywhere in the bath tub and toilet paper inside the toilet. The towels were so thin they barely dried anything. The only thing good was the air conditioner, the bedding, and the breakfast. The pool was closed and there was a huge rat outside the pool. Disgusting place

I checked out a few minutes after checking in. Property smelled of mildew, there was a warning sign at the front door that property is locked from 10p to 6p (ok that’s a first), toilet was clogged, floor was wet, there were stains all over the bathtub. It was totally gross. Do not stay here

This hotel score less then motel. I will never ever come here. Drunker people shouting night time . It is very darty. Supply poor. Bartroom flash not working. Parking not safe. I am no telling no one come to take this hotel.

Worst place ever booked with H.com

Every thing looked very nice in the pictures of the listing but once you show up it just a mess there asked for extra blankets because the ones we had on the mattress has blood stains all over it never received the blankets the first night had to go back and asked again the Indian people that run the place are really nasty I asked them about the pull out mattresses it come with in the room and dude told me you didn’t rent a 5star hotel

Disgusting

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It’s old, dirty, broken windows and no lighting in the long hallways. Worse experience I have ever had it was like a horror movie. The dark dirty halls smelled like marijuana coming from the rooms. The carpets are filthy and would NEVER stay again or NEVER would recommend it. I can’t even put my disgust into words. This hotel should not even be a one star. Oh and on top of it all it had no working swimming pool. No one should have to pay to stay in such a place.

Horrible

Checked in around 10:30ish CST. Got a room my elevators and room was not even clean. It was dirty and lived in. It was a room that could not be canceled. The hotel was apparently booked and they cancelled my stay. Had to call hotels. Spent 2 hrs on the phone trying to get a new room. Spent most of the time the the hotel of the original hotel. Was forced to go into hotel bc they weren’t answering and nobody was at front desk anymore. Did not check into and get settled into my new room at different hotel until 1am. Plus I did the wrong in the end and found my own place to stay.

Bad experience

Overall a bad experience. I never thought an hotel in this condition would be available in your listings, or that La Quinta would have such a bad hotel. Dirty, bad mildew odor, dark, lights not working, broken TV, broken refrigerator, AC contacts not working. Dirty walls, carpet, chairs, badroom,. Every seemed like they really haven't cleaned up the hotel rooms in a while. I was changed room 3 times, and every room there was some thing wrong. I ended up leaving almost at midnight during the first night, since I wasn't even sure if the bedsheets were clean. Luckily I was able to find another option, but in the end I had to spend more money, since I had to pay the first night in this hotel and later on on the new one I had to book. There are plenty of bad reviews and pictures of this hotel on the web, and unfortunately they are true. This hotel is really bad. I've been in cheaper hotels that are in much better condition.

Reminded me of a shady 70's motel in the hallway. The entire interior needs to be upgraded. The lighting was terrible, carpet was old and smelled, needs to be repainted throughout and third floor hallway reeked of booze and urine.

Horrible experiencia

Nada que ver con las fotos. El hotel huele feo pasando el lobby. Las paredes y puertas de los cuartos muy deteriorados, maltratados. El pasillo a mi cuarto tenia solo un foco asi que andaba a oscuras. El cuarto muy limpio pero viejo. No es lo mismo acabados de mármol que mármoles acabados. Hice una reserva por una semana completa y sali corriendo de ahi la primer noche. Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

Unsanitary conditions

The hotel is disgusting and unsanitary. When I opened the door to my room, a cockroach ran underneath the floor. They moved me to another room, but this one had ants in the bathroom along with mold in the shower. The place was falling apart, lights didn't work and the ceiling was caving in. Shame on Hotels.com for doing business with these people.

I don’t usually leave reviews but after staying at this hotels for about 7 years multiple times, I think it’s time to finally leave an update of what used to be and what has become. This hotel used to be an affordable, budget but decent hotel. In the past years, especially this recent, the hotel has honestly gone lower in standards and probably will continue. Last few times I’ve come, pool is not in service, customer service is no longer welcoming and friendly, rooms and hotel are not clean as they once were. Dust behind refrigerator, microwave, tv.. that’s not so bad I mean who really checks there right.. Shower stained yellow, moldy roof, ugly doors, it’s really going down and ratings are starting to show. It’s not horrible, if you can’t afford a nicer hotel, I mean by all means, but I probably won’t stay here anymore. Just know any lower ratings and comments are true.
