This property looks nothing like the pictures o line. The room was a total mess. Lets just out it, it should not be rented out for everybody. There were white liquid stains on the couch, mirror was broken, bathtub was stained yellow around, tables were stained. Would not recommended. And i understand no refund policy but this was due for a refund and more.

The rooms are not very clean. They need better maintenance. The room smelled awful. Couldn’t sleep all night because there was homeless people arguing and walking around.

Yeah this place a terrible. If you are looking for a quick stay and don’t mind staying in a dirty room this is the place for you. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I reserved a 2 bed room and when we got in there the shower was already on and the water was leaking into the room. So they gave us another room 1 king bed and the rom looked used. Literally look like they just came in there and made the bed and left out. The bed was nasty, the towels were already used, chip crumbs everywhere. Dont even waste your time.

The property felt unsafe and was filthy No towels in the room, water pressure horrible and at first brown water came out of pipes. Refused to provide linens for pull out couch that part of the listing. Told me to take it up with Expedia for misinformation in the listing couch was stained. Staff was behind locked window which made me think we were in an unsafe environment. Place was filthy, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Smelled like cigarettes and pot. Place was run down.

Stay out of here it’s rundown and has roaches and the staff is vey rude when you ask for room reassignment. I had the worst experience I will never ever ever ever ever return to this hotel.

Parking is plenty, quiet, management doesnt say much apart from take your deposit and explain door process and return process after word. Didnt call, one of the switches didnt work and three lights didnt function but room was still brightly lit with the rest. It was quiet all night. Bath towels, packet of shampoo, and a body wash thing is given left in restroom plus lotion. Still would go again, just for the price and didnt expect much but still decent!

Room was spacious. But disliked that the sofa bed was broken and was not able to use. The pool was dirty for most of out stay. Water pressure in the shower was very low as well.

Woman at the front desk was rude and my room didnt have a mini fridge so i had to ask for one but when i called the office the call would drop every time. i got in contact with customer service and they called instead and got me the fridge. When i went to check out the next morning there was no one there.

To start. It said 3 bedroom with 3 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. There were no rooms, no doors. The 2 areas were divided by the walkway to the bathroom on the right and sink on the left. So no privacy. The back area has two queen beds, the front had a king bed and the sleeper sofa. The bottom of the sleeper sofa bed was broken and my toddler fell through it and my 11 year old hurt his leg on it, that’s where he slept. There was no plug or anyway to keep the water in to take a bath, the shower had no water pressure, and the water wasn’t hot in the tub. I literally had to use a bucket to get hot water from the sink to fill the baby tub. My baby threw up in his car seat so I go to use the on site laundromat, it’s one washer and one dryer and there was rat poop in the washer. Also, some homeless man seems to be living in their laundry room, he was laying down in there sleeping when my husband went looking for it. There were 6 of us and we were only given 4 towels, Saturday asked for fresh towels the lady said ask the office but nobody was there. Sunday we were able to get 4 towels.

It was okay i didnt get the room i reserved but the room i got was okay the only thing is for some reason the room didn't have any outlets near the beds the closest one was behind the couch near the window so that was mildly inconvenient

Basically in a walmart parking lot and next to a waffle house with a 7-eleven across the street and its right on the highway so the location is convenient. The doors are a little hard to open and I would have to get my door key reactivated every day which was mildly inconvenient but the man at the counter was very helpful.

My key didnt wirk everyday i had to go to the desk we stayed 3 days room was never cleaned had to ask for towels everyday and the man at the desk was irritated when asked. Bed sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in sheets. Tv was taped together.
