Great experience. Everything was great but for the toilet at the reception which wasn’t functional. A guest could be pressed and stranded because of the dysfunctional toilet.
Asides that, it’s a neat and affordable place for a stay.
The room was clean, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Approximately one hour before the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, I called the front office to request a late checkout. I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem.
However, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male staff member began aggressively banging on my door, insisting that it was time for me to leave. I explained that I had already received approval from the front office for a 12:00 p.m. checkout. His response was, “Well, pay me.” I explained that I had not been informed of any additional charge and would have gladly paid had that been communicated to me when I called.
While I was gathering my belongings and getting dressed to leave, the employee opened my room door without permission and began demanding that I leave immediately. When I politely explained that I needed a few additional minutes to collect my belongings, he became verbally abusive, began using profanity, and repeatedly told me to hurry up and get out.
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my phone charger in the room, and the employee refused to allow me back inside to retrieve it.
Although the room itself was clean, the staff's behavior completely ruined my experience. No guest should be treated with such disrespect, especially after following the instructions provided by the front office. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy go a long way.
