"We arrived @1:30 am only to find our bathroom was flooded. They immediately changed our room but instead of a king , we received a queen bed.The safe did not work"

"Pros: Nice clean property, great location, garage parking good. Pool and rooftop view great. Check in easy and elevators work fast. Cons: No ironing board, had to iron on bed. No ice machines, had to call front desk and request ice be brought. Depending on time, it can come fast or take very long."
