Service sucked

I didn't get to stay. The lady at the desk was completelying rude and said she never received the reservation. Even after contact your 800 number. They tried to charge my card but the money wasn't there. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I've used hotels.com several times and never had a problem. Yall were showing I had a reservation, and they said they didn't have record.

It was safe and inviting. Manager was quite ruled, on mean most of the time.we were accused of these that was not true, and charge happy,(quick to charge for everything.

I got a good deal on this location luckily for about 2 weeks. My check-in was pretty smooth, front desk was open after hours (after 11pm). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Slight inconvenience was if you book through xepedia, you wont be able to modify/extend your stay at front desk. I had to make a new reservation online again for extra days. Room was super clean and place was quiet and peaceful. Microwave, fridge(this could use an upgrade though.. dint cool as much at max cool temp) ​etc amenities were functioning as expected. I'm enjoying my stay so far, seems good for long-term/interim stays. You can request housekeeping whenever you want. they are mostly around. I will update here if things change :D

Short but pleasant stay

It was only an overnight stay, but everything was fine. Check-in was quick, the property and the room were very clean. I experienced no problems at all. Definitely will stay there again.

Good stay, great price!

We made a 3 night reservation because we needed to get through Louisiana post Hurricane Ida. We ended up leaving after the second night. Though it was a suite we did not take advantage of the kitchenette but was glad to have a bar to eat off an watch tv.

Once you check in there's an additional $50 deposit when you get there and if you don't have it it's a non refundable purchase. Once you pay the deposit you can't get it back until 4 to 5 business days

Not a vacation

My significant other and i have been utilizing this hotel for our frequent stays for several months because of the convenience, location and proximity for the reason we have been having to go to Houston. When my significant other took a fall in the bathtub and hit her face on the toilet (which resulted in open facial fractures) and landed us in the ER all night, management got defensive when we reported the incident. They said they were not responsible for accidents. The bathtubs don't have non slip pads, nor any kind of handles to hold onto when getting in or out. We will be contacting their corporate office

There was a roach issue but that’s to be expected in an extended stay. I was there for business so I was barely in the room anyways. I just sat my bags up high. They only cleaned my room twice for the 6 days I was there and 2 days there was someone that had obviously been there because there were “fresh” towels (they were kind of dingy)but they didn’t clean the actual room. The front desk staff was very nice. Overall it’s ok if your standards aren’t high. I give it a maybe 5.5 out of 10.

A quick stop

The front desk guy was very nice. I like that the property was well lit and that there was security on patrol. Minus the cigarette holes on the comforter and curtains, our stay was great.

As always, my stay was great, especially considering it was a last-minute reservation. Jessica always makes me feel right at home, and is willing to help with any requests. I never stay anywhere else when I come to Houston.

Only place I stay!

As always, my stay was perfect! This is the only place I stay when I go to Houston. This Studio 6 is always clean, the staff are always friendly but professional, and it is certainly affordable.
