Stayed here with some friends for a concert at NRG arena and it was the perfect spot. We were able to walk to the arena and not have to pay for parking. The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds were comfy. Perfect spot to hang out and relax.

Conveniently located near NRG Stadium for a concert I attended. Not too many restaurant options that were walkable. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. Everything worked fine and is located in a secured gated parking lot. Erika the property manger was very helpful and communicated well to ensure my stay went smoothly

Check in was a breeze, got all the necessary information before hand. Was welcomed with a very spacious unit with all the amenities needed for a couple of days stay. Plenty of food and grocery places within walking distance. Great havjng each bedroom with its own bathroom. Host was very helpful when I had any questions. Will definitely stay again when returning to Houston.

Awesome place to stay

The room we stayed in was the 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and living room and a washer and dryer in room .it was so big and lots of rooms and roomy. Beds are very comfortably. I will definitely stay here again and also Krogers grocery just a block away and lots of eating places also

Loved my 4-day stay here!

Came down to check out a football game at NRG Stadium which is within a good walking distance! Great communication from Erika before, during and after our stay! Was given all of the instructions with gate codes and getting to my room was a breeze because I was furnished with a property map! Will definitely stay here again without a second thought! Grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station right across the street! Gated area so everything was safe!

our stay was to attend a game at NRG, was a quick 8 minute walk to the stadium. Also able to walk to several dining options and grocery store. site was secure and we felt safe both inside and outside the property. management was quick to respond to our questions even though it was technically after hours. would recommend and would stay here again.

Home away from Home

It started with a bump but Erika was fast in communication and accommodating that it resulted in an overall great stay. Location was ideal to both our destination of History museum and special event. Rooms were clean and easy access to amenities. Well kept thought out the apartment only the bathroom was a bit outdated with some rust. It didn’t affect the use just a bit harder to turn on the water. Great experience overall.
