"Stayed at Wyndham Garden Katy and had a disappointing experience. I booked through Hotels.com which stated free parking, but at checkout they charged $60 for parking without any prior notice or consent. They also refused to provide an itemized invoice and asked me to contact the third party instead. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. Although it was advertised as available until 9:30 AM, it felt more like a first-come, first-served setup. Food items were stocked in very limited quantities, and if you arrived closer to 9:00 AM, most items were already gone. Even basic things like plates and utensils were sometimes unavailable, making it difficult to have a proper meal. Housekeeping was also not done at all during my 6-day stay, despite being told it would be provided every 3 days. Overall, lack of transparency and poor service. Would not stay here again."
