Unresolved Property Issues: Failed to clarify water consumption numbers, causing wasted time. When we disputed the false cleaning fee, DanCenter resorted to intimidation, threatening debt collection. This is deeply unethical. This isn't an isolated incident. Danish media outlet DR.dk has investigated similar complaints against DanCenter (report: "Sommerhus-kunder føler sig ladt i stikken af DanCenter: - Det er umuligt at få fat," May 29). This public investigation confirms their systemic issues. I strongly advise against booking with DanCenter. Their properties are poorly maintained, customer service is non-existent, and they'll try to nickel-and-dime you with fraudulent charges. Look elsewhere."
