"The room and hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice and clean as well and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say would make it much better is adding some sort of breakfast, or at least some good fresh brewed coffee. "

"The cleanliness of this hotel was very questionable. The smell in the hallway was very mildew & the room we had smelled like cigarettes our whole stay , even the towels smelled. The bed had a huge deep dent in it & the blow drier was sticky. Nothing was clean about this place "

"They were experiencing mechanical issues when I arrived, and said they had no hot water thru out the hotel. They said they would cancel my reservation due to this, which they didn't and I have been charged. I have had a hell of a time contacting customer service, and keep getting hung up on before I even get a chance to speak with anyone. I need to be refunded asap!"
