"Absolutely filthy. Someone's sex hand prints on the head board, headboard also falling apart, desk chair filthy, carpet and walls everywhere were gross. Not well maintained. Staff seemed very uninterested in existing. The room key envelope has been used agod knows how many times. How cheap are they that they cant even provide a fresh envelope? The toilet runs loudly some horrid noise for 63 seconds every flush. I did not eat the breakfast because I dont trust it. The pillow was maybe 12 inches wide. Useless. I refused to take my clothes off there. I slept 4 hours. Just enough to continue the last 6 hours of my drive. I will never ever ever go back to that hell hole."

"The pool stinks terribly and was green (not in use), the rooms were barely acceptable. examples; the bath towels are towels most would clean their car with, no working iron, baths were in rooms but unusable with no plugs, pillows were tiny not even made for an adult to use, ceilings were falling in around the hotel, and worst yet were the patches of carpet missing throughout the hotel with some of the dirtiest carpets I have ever seen. Shame to see what used to be the nicest hotel around turn into a dump, that will be the last time I stay here."

It’s neither secure nor confidential to allow plastic details to whatever payment interface they’re using without informing where hotel enter it. Not good at all. I have internet transactions restriction and had problems while check-in. Please get a pos terminal not web upload!"

"This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on about how disappointed we were. Hoping they can take the time to make the needed efforts to improve this lodging experience."

"The lobby smelled musty, as if there was a flood. Our room was clean and nice but the bed, once again, was awful. This was our second visit this spring but will probably not return because of the beds. The front desk staff was spectacular. She’s a keeper!"
