"We were only in our room for a matter of hours. Our flight coming in was quite delayed, and we didn’t check in until past midnight, and left early the next morning. It fit our needs completely. It was very clean and comfortable. A great feature was the shuttle bus to and from the airport. Even though we had a very late/early morning flight arrival, the bus was still available. "

"The room itself was lovely but the staff was either overwhelmed or didn't care. The room was booked for 3 but had only been prepared for 2. We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. After waiting 15 minutes, I went into the lobby bathroom and pulled off enough to get us through the night. Also, our shower head was super difficult to use - someone had to come and show us how to use it. Too bad. The hotel is well-situated and quite nice."

"No way to adjust the in room temperature. I switched rooms to get working ac but it didn't work on the second room either. I hope you like 23.-24. they did give a fan though. The hotel has good vibe though. "

"Travelled for a concert at the 3 arena and only had a 5 minute walk to get to it. The room was clean, tidy and had character. Enjoyed good food and a great cocktail and made the most of having a heated outdoor pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful"
