"An absolutely lovely place to stay. It is quiet to allow you to rest. Our room was large, very clean and every need you could have had been thought of. The breakfast was fantastic! Well thought out and something for everyone. The staff was kind and extremely considerate. Parking is easily accessible. We would recommend this hotel highly. Close to shopping and fantastic restaurants. This hotel has it all. "

"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than once again and there was no response. I had to make a last-minute late booking elsewhere, spend time on these phone calls, and then spend time to get a refund for the room I didn't get. If I didn't call but instead drove there assuming a confirmed reservation suffices, I guess I would find no one, no room, and be in a late hour where available rooms elsewhere, if exist at all (many places close their check-in early), and require a long drive on narrow roads in the darkness and pay much more. "
