"Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it. "Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. "It's a lovely family run hotel. The team are all lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is modern enough and well presented. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The bar is a nice environment to relax in. The restaurant wasn't serving dinner but they arranged for a delivery of food and set up a table for me to eat it in the restaurant. The food they recommended was delicious and a good price. There is plentiful free parking, which includes a Tesla charging point. There is step free access via a secure back door (must use key card) to get your bags from the car to your floor. The only downside is proximity to the train station. I was woken up at 05:50 one morning by a train sounding the horn. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel. I was staying her for work in Sered for 4 nights and it provided everything I needed"
