We have been there many times and noticed the rundown property. We have leaked in our bathroom, no nonskid floor mat the bathroom.. I almost slip and fall. The sofa cushion should be replaced, flat like sitting on the floor. The pool bar service was non-exited… we could have drink more if someone would come around more often. We liked the location, and that’s it…

We do like this resort. We stayed 10 days the first time to make sure we liked it, and then came back for another 10 days. We think we will be back next winter. The staff were very kind and helpful. Many of them’s happy faces made a good start to the day. I happened to remember a few names: Baifern, Josh. The staff were working very hard. The location of the resort is one of the best in Hua Hin. Many good restaurants are just within walking distance. Hua Hin night market is about a 15 minute walk. The resort has well maintained pools and a small but good beach. As a five star hotel, I hope it can improve its WIFI system. I don’t know what others ideas, but I think the brand of bottled water didn’t give the taste normal bottled water has.

I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and can say that the Hua Hin Hilton could quite possibly rank as the worst conditioned bathroom I have ever seen in terms of being dated. The actual room was not much better. The shower was an absolute disaster with layers and layers of old caulk and grout and black mold. To make matters worse, the shower fixture was so old that it essentially just put out cold water. I know someone from the hotel will respond to this review, saying how much they appreciate our feedback and how much they value our opinion blah blah blah. The fact that they put anyone into that room is completely unacceptable. I am sure that they tried to clean it and put someone else in as soon as we checked out even though we brought these issues to the hotel management. They are fully aware of how bad the rooms are, yet choose to do nothing about it. Do yourself a favor, pick any hotel in Hua Hin over the Hilton.

Everything on our trip was great. The Breakfast buffet had a big and delicious selection. The staff were so nice. We were able to have an early check in. The hotel is close to everything, shops restaurants markets. I would highly recommend.

I recommend this hotel overall
Pro: Great location, buffet breakfast with many options, swimming pool is just excellent, value for money, Chat Had restaurant is gorgeous and nice food, friendly staff, loved swim up bar Cons: check-in and check-out was very slow, no tour desk or support for booking local experiences, don't get classic rooms they are non-renovated rooms and are tired, lifts are too slow and we're mostly broken at times Suggestions: offer live music or BBQ at the beach bar , increase staff and check-in devices at the reception, upgrade the lift systems, offer better poolside menu to include finger food or easily consumable bites for swimming up bar
