Location great. Hotel very tiered. Superior/deluxe rooms just standard. Breakfast very disappointing. Hot food pre cooked and kept in banmaries that didn’t work. Eggs congealed and cold. Bacon sausages etc all cold. Terrible.

Very nice with friendly staff. Its an older hotel but it is very clean and the location is fantastic. Restaurant is very good. The only disappointment was breakfast which was very simple. For the price, this hotel is very good!

Wet and muddy parking place.
Inconvenience to transport baggages from lobby up the stairs to the lift. A diagonal ramp could be useful for both hotel employees and customers. Muddy and wet parking place. Big room and comfortable beds, quiet with garden view. Big swimming pool. Not many choices of breakfast.

Beside The Seaside in Hua Hin
The restaurant is fantastic, obviously specialising in Seafood. The staff must be well looked after as they all seemed happy and well adjusted. The facilities have a slightly worn look. For example the salt Swimming Pool walls need re-grouting but is still enjoyable to wallow in.

Rooms were lovely. Cleaned everyday with fresh linens and towels. The cleaning staff couldn’t be faulted. Situated right on the beach. Two beautiful pools. Sun beds on the beach rather close together. Much better by the pools. Breakfast choices rather limited. Adequate. Food a little disappointing and quite expensive for lunch and dinner. Very few places to walk to but the Bluport shopping complex just across the road was a huge plus.

A great hotel without the highrise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hotel was very comfortable and most reasonable priced....it was spotlessly clean and all public areas well maintained.....staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.....the massage lady near the pool was marvelous....perhaps the breakfast could be improved xx we very much enjoyed our stay x

The restaurant has good local Thai food. Even local Thais eat here for lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. Great location on the beach and across the street from BluPort shopping mall.

We booked based on the pictures of hotel - this was deceiving as the pictures related to Sailom resort and not Sailom hotel which was dated , old and not worth the money

Nice and friendly hotel
Very nice beach, nice Hotel, 2 swimming pools very nice, for nice and good shopping only cross the street there is a big shopping centre (belongs to "the Mall" Company), Bus connection to Central Hua Hin very good and cheap (public transportation not taxi). Has a lot of nice places to visit. Then the food is awesome. My daughter, my wife and I we definitely would choose again this hotel.

Our new favorite hotel in Hua Hin
Lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff. It's one of the older hotels in Hua Hin but has been well maintained. Not all staff have perfect English but they make 100% effort to please. Some of the staff have been with this hotel for over 30 years! The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the new Bluport mall. The grounds are well maintained. Very nice breakfast buffet. 2 pools and lounge beds on the beach provided by the hotel. We found some guests who have been coming to this place for over 20 years and we will most definitely be back.

Beautiful beach and a charming chill out hideaway
This is a lovely hotel, yes she's old and perhaps could use a small refurb - but the ease at how she runs, the amazing staff and superb beach makes this a real find, and not the huge towering hotels nearby but a low-rise unique character! Definitely recommend upgrading to Deluxe room - these rooms are significantly better! Thank you to the staff, who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, and very kind... I'll be back soon! Only downside - Internet was really poor!

Very good location and excellent beach front.
Must come again and again. As a family, recommend to make a reservation for 2 adults and pay extra for additional 1 adult or addition 2 children at the front desk, you will get the better rate. The beds provided are big enough for 3 adults. The food is great. The restaurant located beside the beach is very cozy for every meals.

There are smiles, politeness, and friendliness from every employee you come in contact with, from beginning to end. The room has every comfort and space, from slippers, robes, drawer spaces, drying areas, sitting areas, just deluxe!

Nice hotel in lovely garden setting by the beach
Nice big room with plenty of seating options and storage for luggage etc. Beautiful gardens running down to one of the best spots on the fabulous Hua Hin beach, close to Kiteboarding or just lazing in the warm water. Two nice pools, plus lovely breakfast and meals with generally helpful staff (some with limited English). Some distance out from the hustle of the town centre but taxi available at the hotel for cheap rate and staff can organise motor bike hire. As a middle aged / older couple we would love to return, but hotel/location should also suit those a little younger.

Good location to beach and Hua Hin bus station.
The hotel is right on the beach and is about 400 metres walk away from the main bus station in Hua Hin. Hotel rooms were a little aged, but were clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast area and main restaurant also could do with a makeover.

If you can live without marble statuettes and crystal chandeliers and are happy to be in a hotel which is old but lovingly cared for with staff who acknowledge you as an old friend and a restaurant with good food,beautifully situated at the waters edge and enough beach beds to go around,try the Sailom!!
