"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. "The whole complex was absolutely fabulous in every respect, we looked at others nearby and there was no comparison from the restaurant & food, pool/bar, rooms which were all par excellence. The staff are what really made this a special place for us making our stay extremely pleasant and very welcome. One member of staff named BOSS, was exemplary and even changed the bar music at my request, he also managed our motorbike hire, and everything else we asked for was done with pleasure. We will definitely be booking again."
