Great Staff, Location and Value

"The driver arranged by the hotel arrived at the airport over an hour late leaving us exhausted standing outside at midnight. However, the staff was charming and spoke great English. The custom cooked breakfast was nice. The room was definitely 2.5-star quality and the air conditioner was barely sufficient ..."
