No breakfast was available during our stay but lots of great places very close by. We could walk 5 min to the Songkran Festival. Room was comfortable. Good AC. There is parking, but not near the hotel. We had to park on the street around the corner. There is no lift so plan on negotiating the stairs with luggage.

Thoughtfully renovated space with eco-friendly amenities was good and budget friendly. Spiral stairs to get to hotel area above restaurant was a little challenging but staff helped with luggage. Tasty snacks!

Comfortable and clean. Wonderful environment. situated conveniently. Manager/owner should be more friendly. not helpful in obtaining info even though Google translate was used. Booking through Hotels.com was great as I would have paid much more as a walk in. Cheers
