"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. "The river facing room we booked was on the 5th flr. We could hardly see the river and the lookout was from the balcony faced the top ceiling of the lobby cos the building structure was in a cascading style. The new towels were damp when we used it。Got to walk a distance to find food. Staff were helpful."
