Accommodation comfortable, good central location. Slept well. I did have to contact the owner about an issue which he sorted immediately. I could n’t have asked for more. I would stay there again.

Appalling attitude towards gueasts

Complete absence of responsibility from the management. Tried to contact them multiple times for check in instructions on the day of stay , no reply whatsoever. Had to book another stay. Check in code was sent at 2.15am with a wish of pleasant stay! Following again multiple attempts to contact, still no reply, no refund, no apology.

Good location, specially for university. There has been quite a bit of wear and tear since the photos were taken. Needs some serious tlc! * Wifi is not good enough to stream netflix, and there are no tv channels available. * Does not answer emails or messages before your actual arrival day * With thin walls, a noisy fridge and dripping toilet, don't expect a quiet night sleep. * Does not feel very clean, with hair in the bed, smudges in the fridge, chewing gum stuck on the wall by the bed and bugs crawling out from under the bed. * Only 1 large towel, and two small towels for two persons staying one week. * No bedside table.

"OK at best"

Experience was a little rocky. The email sent gave us the wrong code to get the key out of the locked box, forcing me to call up the number, and listen to someone apparently speaking into a tin can in the middle of the ocean given the quality of their microphone. After we got the right code, the flat itself was fairly OK. The clock had no batteries in, and the soap dispenser had no soap in it, so there were minor inconveniences all along. Overall it was a livable experience and a convenient place to stay on the edge of the Ring Road, but i'd only use it again if the price was one of the lowest in town.
