    "If you are a light and sensitive sleeper, bring ear plugs. I am not at all, so the rattling and squeaking window AC unit was not a problem for me. The AC unit worked so well. Never used the heater. For two full beds in the room we had a lot of floor space considering it being NY. The elevators are small and have no AC. The lounge is pretty. It’s greatly located. A short walk down to Times Square. It’s was noisy at all in the hotel and even though the beds weren’t great to sleep in, if you do NY..."

    "Excellent location in midtown in order to travel north or south of the manhattan. The rooms were large and comfortable, but the lighting in the room was very dim. We sent a note to the manager but there was no response. The only thing that was not good was charging the resort fee which was about $50 a day for amenities that most people in the hotel do not use. Restaurant off the lobby for breakfast and dinner was convenient and the staff were very attentive. However the breakfast was expensive..."
