Jasmine and Fe were very helpful. Jasmine helped me out finding leis and Fe was very supportive of checking out. We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were clean and walking distance to a very calm beach, really great if you have little kids

The staff is always excellent. After multiple stays for work I've noticed that corporate could do better at making all the mattresses equal and fixing the treadmills in the gym.

It was just... okay. Friendly staff, room was average, kinda dated, location was great, easy to find. For what you pay I'd expect a nicer experience but I guess everything in Hawaii is outrageously expensive. Wifi also didn't work which they kindly refunded the hotel fee for, but still, I wasn't ...
