"Breakfast menu was the same day after day. Property was good however the parking lot entrance needed some fixing. Overall it was a very good stay and would recommend it."
"In the requests section on hotel.com, I specifically requested a quiet room. Instead, the hotel put me on the same side of the hotel that faces the loud hourly train. Then staff was running a gas-powered leaf blower in the hotel's parking lot (also on the same side of hotel as they placed me) after 12 AM on a week night! In response, hotel gave me a voucher for free breakfast, yet it appears the hotel later charged me for the breakfast! When I called the hotel to reverse the charge, customer service claimed there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing experience all around."
"My stay at Spark by Hilton Modesto was mixed. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—even the hallways smelled fresh and clean, which really stood out. The room was also very well maintained.
However, the experience at the front desk was very disappointing. One of the staff members, Tina, was rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Because of this experience, I have decided not to return to this hotel. I even canceled two future reservations I had for June and August.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service."
"I had an excellent stay at Best Western Town House Lodge. The front desk and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even better. The coffee was always fresh, and the breakfast was very good with great options to start the day.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
"Breakfast good. Rooms have seen better days. For the price, it was fine. Also had a ton of dead bugs, cigarette butts and a couple bandaids in the pool and hottub. Pool area is much smaller than it looks in photos, that’s one of the reasons we chose the hotel and was pretty bummed."
"Noisy. Freeway noise is very loud. Refrigerator made constant noise. Had to call desk twice because the TV did not work. Staff were polite and friendly enough. Everything else was very average. No coffee pot in room, have to get dressed and go downstairs to get coffee. Your average business traveler set up. Ok for an overnight."
"Staff was very kind to our puppy. He liked them, too. Room was perfect for our 1 night stay. Close to parking & breakfast area. We both loved the bed pillows😍"
