"The hotel looks old and rundown. Rooms look like they don't clean them fully, carpets are dirty (not vacuumed between guest) and walls in need of a fresh coat of paint. "

"Had a little hiccup at check in but was fixed by Anna Rosa the manager. She apologized and gave us 3 days free breakfast. Rooms were good. Pool is nice a little chilly but I'm sure in the heat of summer it would be refreshing. Would definitely book again. "

"Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options. "

"The hotel is run down carpet needs to be replaced. The AC control unit on the wall did not have lights or numbers on it. We were downstairs and landscaping crew were blowing leaves outside window at 8am on Tuesday morning. "
