The staff of this hotel were very nice. However, it’s not worth the money paid. The breakfast was an egg, a few pieces of oranges and apples, two pieces of white break and a mini hot dog. I had to go to the neighborhood supermarket afterwards to get additional nourishment. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very noisy room with sounds from the traffic below. But the staff, again, made the day. Extremely friendly people.

I was originally booked here, March 2023, to relax after a few gruelling weeks abroad. After discussion with the manager, I was moved to a quieter location, The Dream Relax Inn, which was literally around the corner and off the main road. They are the same hotel chain. I appreciated the manager's compassion when I requested a quiet location (this hotel is on a main road with a lot of motorbike traffic). If you want a great location, this is a good place.

Airport pickup was late. Delivery to airport was not arranged before we at last minute. But room is big, clean and many cafe and restaurant around.

There was supposed to be a complimentary one way hotel to airport transfer. The hotel called a cab to transfer us to the airport. Upon reaching airport, the cab driver said we have to pay the cab fare. The hotel did not pay. We had no choice but to pay the cab driver. There was no complimentary transfer as stated on the hotel booking page.

Actually the happened was on your departure day: Our receptionist called a local taxi for you to go to the airport due to our own van is not available at that time. It's a unknown taxi and the driver was rush to go .That's why receptionist could not get time to take money from the counter and pay to Driver.Anyway, It's our mistake we acknowledge it. we did not stay at hotel we booked. hotel was full, they dropped us the other dream relax with smaller one bed room which is not the two beds room we paid. no breakfast either. room smell so bad

Terrible hotel and service. Dirty towel, cockroach in the room. No transportation service. No TV and AC not working properly. Pressure of hot water is too low( you can not take a shower properly because the pressure of the water.

Dear Elleboj Greeting from Dream Relax. Thank you for staying with us. As per my colleague you were asking for free transfer & claimed it was included with room rate. My colleague has explained to you that we do not offer any free transportation for EXPEDIA.COM any guests. Also it does not includes with room rate.If required transfer from the hotel should pay as our normal price 7.00 dollars. But still you were argument with him to provide you free transfer. When you made reservation on Expedia there would be clearly mentioned what includes or not. Other complains what you mentioned it's just because you were not happy with us as we did not agreed with free transportation. We have not received any complain about dirty towels, cockroach or air condition during your stay at dream relax. If you made complain about this to reception definitely we would solve the issue or change your room or hotel. We don't want to see unhappy any guests. Our purpose not only to make money also make happy all the clients by giving our best service. We are apologies to you from our management. And look forward to see you again

Nice place
Staff friendly. Breakfast basic, but good. Location really good, close to sea. Room really nice and clean. Airport shuttle from hotel to airport was too small for 3 guys and 6 luggage. One of us had to ride scooter to get to airport. Wifi in room very slow.

Budget Hotel With Good Comfort
Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is just walking distance from beach. Hotel have its own restoran aswell with variety of food to choose. very near to.Main bus stand whete u can get bus from and to airport.

Nous avons été logés dans une chambre qu'il a fallu quitter car l'électricité était HS, la télé et le frigo ne fonctionnaient pas. La deuxième chambre était correcte. Durant notre séjour, le ménage n'a pas été fait et le linge de lit et de toilette n'ont pas été changés.

La finestra della stanza a due metri aveva un palazzo di diversi piani con finestre e balconi ,ho dovuto tenere la tenda perennemente chiusa ed ero infastidito dai rumori dei condizionatori del palazzo difronte,altro che vista città come stava scritto nella descrizione della camera.

Personal muy amable.
Personal muy amable. El taxista me quizo estafar pero yo estaba al tanto del precio y el tipo de cambio dolar rupia, pero de todos modos el recepcionista intervino a mi favor. El hotel es un edificio nuevo muy comodo. Todo de 10. Incluso ponen toallas para la playa y el desayuno tambien es bueno. Pero resalto la amable del personal.

매우 친절합니다
리조트 이동 전 머무른 호텔입니다 매우 작은 규모로 공항까지 픽업(10불)해주었으며 친절하게 안내해주었습니다 무엇보다 다음날 마푸시로 이동해야했는데 짐까지 다 챙겨서 택시타고 말레섬까지 같이 가주었고, 스피드보트 타는곳까지 안내하고 스피드보트가 올때까지 같이 기다려준 직원이 정말 고마웠습니다 정말 순수하고 좋은사람들이었습니다 다음에도 오게된다면 또 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다♥

衛生程度很差，毛巾帶灰，床鋪不乾淨，有虱，咬到身體，一連幾天都痕癢。機場接送說我們三人因訂了二間房，要按房收錢，共收US30, 接送只是和其他酒店客人共用車。第二次在機場島過夜，絕不推薦這家酒店。

всё не так, как ожидалось
Прилетели в аэропорт. Ходили, ходили,ждали ждали представителя отеля, который должен был нас встречать. Дождались. Немного поискали автомобиль))). Поехали. Кстати, услуга стоит 15 американских долларов и она прописана в условиях проживания. Отель на одну ночь. Бронировался номер на двух взрослых и двоих детей. В номере одна двуспалка и одна односпальная кровать. Вайфай с индивидуальным паролем. Завтрак назначили на 8 утра. К сожалению, в 8 утра никого не было на рецепшене. Позавтракали всё же и , к сожалению, из-за нерасторопности работников отеля опоздали на свой паром

Great place, amazingly kind staff!
Staff is really kind and helpful. They arranged for us the local ferry tickets from Malé for the next day. They even bring it from Malé to Hulhumale. I think it's a great place for transit, all the staff there are extremely helpful and they will provide you information about everything you need to know. Milkshakes in the restaurant are delicious, I highly recommend the Relax Special! Oh and I forgot the charger for my camera, I noticed that after one week and I contacted them by email. They had it there and they even maanged to send it to my current hotel via the airport representative, what it is really amazing as I can keep making photos here :)

空港近くでリゾートへの前泊に利用
夜着の便だったので、節約の為リゾートへ直行せず、こちらに泊まりました。バスルーム内のトイレとシャワーの間に仕切りがないので、シャワーしたらトイレがビチャビチャになるタイプのバスルームです。湯船はありませんでした。寝るだけのトランジットホテルと思えば問題なし。小さい子供２人連れの４人一部屋でしたが、ベビーベッドをリクエストしたら無料でエキストラベッドを入れてくれました。 周辺は開発中といった感じで、ミニマート等はありますが、レストランなどは少ないです。工事中の建物をたくさん見かけました。周辺を少しうろついて、時に入りたい飲食店が見つからなかったので夕飯はここで食べました。朝食込みのプランですが、頼んでからて出てくるまでに30分以上かかったにも関わらず、内容はトースト、ソーセージ、たまご等で何にそんなに時間が掛かったのか不明。

Gemütliches Hotel mit super freundlichem Team
Wir sind zu dritt als Backpacker nach unser Ankunft in Male sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Wir haben uns ein Zimmer geteilt... dafür gab es ein gemütliches Doppelbett und ein beistelle Bett :) Eine vernünftige Klimaanlage hab es auch! Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut bezahlbar! Hotellet låg bra till från flygplatsen då vi fick sova en natt för att vår båt inte gick efter 16.00 De kom och hämta och bra pris med frukost! Bra rum!
